On approval of the quote, we will draft and share a project contract.

We will schedule your website build on receipt of a deposit payment.

We will work with you to decide a timeline of key points in the process.

Content

We’ll send you a content document for you to fill in all the copy you’d like included on your website. You’ll also send us your design guide (if you have one), logo and high res images for use on your website.

Functionality

We will research any special functionality and share demos with you.

Design

We will present a flat image mock-up of some of your website pages so you can approve the look and feel.

Feedback

You’ll have the opportunity to give feedback before we finalise the design.

Last content

You’ll have a final chance to submit any tweaks to the content before we start building.

Development

In the development stage, the flat website design is translated into a responsive website.

First view

We’ll send you a link for the first view of your website.

Feedback

We’ll send you a form to fill in any feedback, which we will implement.

Testing

We’ll test across devices and browsers to ensure everyone has a fantastic experience of your website.

Sign off

You’ve tested the website, it’s been assessed and approved by project stakeholders, and you’re ready to take your new website live.

Final invoice

On sign-off, we will send you the final invoice for payment.

Go live

The big day. It’s time to launch your website!
