Initial meeting/telephonic discussion

We talk about the scope and the kind of regular work you’d like us to handle as well as a buffer for any ad hoc tasks. Work can include:

Social media

Newsletters

Blog post writing and upload

Website back end and security updates

Website content updates

Quote

We provide a quote for a retainer of hours that can cover these tasks every month.

3.

Content calendar

For the social media element of retainers, we discuss your upcoming priorities and provide you with a content calendar for approval in the month before we roll out the content.

Ad hoc tasks are logged against your retainer hours.

4.

Extra hours approved first

If we do extra work that takes time beyond the regular retainer hours, we get approval from you before we do the work.

5.

Invoice

An invoice is issued on the 25th of every month with a time log of the work completed.
