The social media lifecycle

Getting started

This first step is all about understanding your business and industry, target market and social media user experience. We help set the goals for your social media strategy and define its scope and approach.

We will send you a custom quote based on our initial discussion and finalised briefing document.

On approval of the quote, we will draft and share a campaign or retainer contract.

We will work with you to decide a timeline of key points in the kickstart and monthly retainer process.

We’ll have a strategy meeting to outline your social media goals, benchmarks, target audience and the best approach.

Your existing social media accounts will be audited or, if you have no existing accounts, new accounts will be set up.

We will send you a protocol document outlining the current digital landscape within your unique industry and your key brand features that will inform the digital marketing strategy in order to facilitate collaboration within a team.

We will conduct a competitor analysis and set benchmarks for the retainer/campaign period.

Concept pitch

Following an internal concept and strategy brainstorm meeting, a concept pitch document will be sent to you outlining the content plan for the month ahead and our boosting approach.

Content creation

We’ll send you a content calendar that contains social media content and images prepared for the month ahead.

You’ll have the opportunity to give feedback before we schedule the month’s content.

Go live

Approved content is scheduled, target audiences are built for boosting and ad campaigns are launched.

Community management

Daily notification monitoring is done to connect with the online community we build on each platform. We also monitor all promotions and make necessary adjustments as we go along.

We’ll send you a review based on analytics that reflect how the social media strategy performed in the last month. What worked and what didn’t always informs the next month’s content strategy.

The next monthly cycle begins at the concept pitch stage.
