Meet Jesse
In a year like this one, with all its challenges, we feel very lucky to have been able to grow our team. Even luckier to have found someone as lovely as Jesse, who is our newest project manager.
Knowledge sponge and free-thinker. Cat mom of three. UCT Fine Arts graduate, painter, and self-taught techie. Practiced multi-tasker and project juggler. Competitive perfectionist who loves a good challenge. Professional book re-reader. Loves starting new series and never finishing them, gaming, gyming, and solving puzzles.
We knew we liked her right from the moment she completed the test in the application process by adding her own spreadsheet; spreadsheets, incidentally, are Liz’s love language.
Here’s more to love about Jesse:
Can you describe your experience of Pomegranite thus far in three words?
Sunny side up.Â
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A firefighter, and I still do, a little bit.Â
What do you find most interesting about project management in the digital space?Â
The digital space is so varied and changing that every day is a new challenge or adventure.
For someone like me who is always looking for new and exciting ways of doing things, the dynamic digital world is exactly the place I want to be.
Tell us one surprising thing about you.Â
I’m very into technology and I like to keep up to date with trends in areas a lot of people would find a bit obscure.
I’ve relatively recently gotten into mechanical keyboards, and built my own one from scratch earlier this year. I could also probably tell the model of someone’s smartwatch on site, as well as identify the type, pros, and cons of someone’s computer monitor.
Welcome to the Pomegranite family, Jesse! We’re so glad you’ve joined us.
