The challenge
MSF required a dynamic new website to house the MSF Sweden Innovation Unit (SUI) and Manson Unit Innovation’s (MUI) innovation process and tool repository. The website needed to illustrate the innovation process in an easy to understand way. While it is aimed at their team as an internal resource, the vision was to make it accessible and useful for the general public too.

Our approach
Pomegranite created a website focused on:

  • Clarity: The innovation process is multi-stepped, and needed to be laid out in a way that would be easy for anyone around the globe to follow.
  • Low-data: For MSF members out in the field, it was important that the data load was low.
  • Flexibility: The MSF team needed to consult with a wide range of colleagues, iterate at each phase, and manage a staggered release of the site.

Key results
The website is currently only available to the internal team as they iterate their process but we’ll be able to share the website and key analytics once it’s made public.

Our impact
Our partnership with MSF has led to a globally-accessible platform supporting their mission to address systemic issues of exclusion and inequality by centering equality, diversity and inclusion in innovation processes and opportunities.

We adapted our workflows to accommodate their processes and through various types of knowledge transfer, ensured the team feels confident in updating various elements as the work evolves.

“From initial conceptual ideas and drafted methodology and approach description, Pomegranite guided us through the entire process – structuring the content, visualizing the framework, and ensuring the playbook was user – friendly and enjoyable to navigate. Their approach was not only professional and well organized but also collaborative and smooth.

I recommend Pomegranite to anyone seeking a reliable and innovative digital partner.”
