Have you found that feeling?

It might sound surprising, but I still come across organisations that need to be convinced about investing in social media marketing – often thinking and dreaming about its potential, but not quite sure.
Over the years, I’ve come to realise that it’s not the ‘power’ or ‘value’ of social media that people need to learn more about; that understanding is shaped all around us through our lived experiences day after day. What is missing is a feeling. A sense of belonging, knowing there’s a place on social media that fits and is right for you, that feeds the authenticity of your organisation, understands the nuances of the sector and holds weight.
Well, I’m here to tell you that that place exists, and it is bigger and more useful than you could ever imagine. (If it sounds like I have stars in my eyes, I do). Want to know where it is and how to infiltrate it? That’s where we come in. Our social media engine runs on the purpose of giving organisations a voice, making real, meaningful connections and creating value through telling your story.
There are five key components to our social media offering at Pomegranite:
The kickstart process
Authentic connections cannot be airdropped. They develop from within the context and the communities that you seek to impact online. That’s why we start at the beginning, diving deep into your sector, the behaviour of your audience and how competitors navigate the space. Once we’ve done the research, a strategy is crafted to align with your organisational goals and we hit the ground running.
Your day-to-day presence
The foundation of any successful social media strategy is planning. It might look like the Malala Fund are posting beautifully crafted reels on the fly during daily excursions, but behind the curtain, content is conceptualised, sourced, crafted, edited, tested and scheduled weeks and sometimes months in advance. Our team of strategists and content creators make sure your day-to-day social media presence runs just as seamlessly on a monthly basis. Our goal is to be an extension of your internal team, and provide daily support to ensure you’re getting the most out of your social channels.
Curated campaigns
While a dedicated everyday strategy sets you on track to achieve your long-term organisational goals, a curated digital marketing campaign is the tool you need to reach a short-term goal on social media. Whether that’s driving donations, event registrations, user engagement or getting your hashtag to trend, a campaign is what you’re after. Starting with research and market testing, a campaign can run anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, geared to meeting predetermined benchmarks within that time.
Workshops
It’s important to us that you and your team feel empowered to work with and understand your social media strategy. Workshops are an opportunity for you to sit down with our team and unpack your social media goals, learn how to develop effective content calendars and engage with your online community. (Bonus: you get to pick the brains of experts in the field.)
The platforms
We craft and roll out digital content strategies on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, as well as Google Ads. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be on every platform – we’ll help your organisation decide which ones are best suited to meet your needs and achieve your goals.
Each of our carefully crafted social media components are rooted in our core value at Pomegranite, to connect with people on a human level and present you and your organisation through that very lens. I bet you never thought social media could give you that feeling of belonging. I guess this means you’ve finally found the right team.
